Retention windowRFQ intake files are kept while the quote, project, warranty, or required business record remains active. Buyers can request deletion or archival review through the contact page.
Partner accessCAD access is limited to quote and engineering review. If vetted manufacturing partners are needed for capacity or process fit, files are shared only as required for the RFQ or approved order.
