Machine Capabilities
Our 5-axis centers are calibrated for extreme precision. Here are the core specifications for our aerospace and medical grade cells.

Simultaneous 5-Axis vs. 3+2 Axis
Choose the right strategy for your part's complexity and budget.
Simultaneous Mecanizado 5 ejes
All 5 axes move at the same time. This is essential for parts with complex contoured surfaces like turbine blades and impellers. It provides superior surface finish as the tool maintains optimal contact constantly.
3+2 Axis Machining
The machine locks the A and B axes at a fixed angle while the X, Y, and Z move. This is effectively 3-axis machining on a tilted plane. It is excellent for deep holes, undercuts, and features on multiple sides without re-fixturing.
Industries Served

Robotica y automatizacion
Complex manifolds and structural components requiring extreme precision and lightweighting.

Medico
Surgical tools (scalpels, forceps), implants, and complex device housings made from Titanium and Stainless Steel.

Automotriz
Engine components, housings, and custom performance parts such as master cylinder prototypes.
Success Stories
Complex Impeller Success
The 5-axis work on our Titanium impeller was flawless. Tolerances were held perfectly and the surface finish required no post-processing.
Great for medical prototypes
Used their 3+2 capabilities for detailed surgical tool handles. Fast response and excellent part quality.
5-Axis FAQ
What Is 5-Axis Mecanizado CNC?
5-axis CNC machining uses a cutting tool that moves along five axes (X, Y, Z, A, and B) simultaneously. This enables precise fabrication of complex organic shapes in a single setup.
When Does Mecanizado 5 ejes Make Sense?
It makes sense for parts with complex geometries, contoured surfaces, or features on multiple sides. It reduces setup time and fixtures, often leading to better accuracy and lower overall cost for complex parts.
What Is The Difference Between 3, 4, And Mecanizado 5 ejes?
3-axis is for simple geometries (X, Y, Z). 4-axis adds a rotary axis (usually A), good for cylinders or side features. 5-axis adds tilt and swivel (A & B), providing maximum versatility for complex 3D shapes.
